Leadership is changing faster than it's being prepared for

When AI agents start acting under a leader's responsibility — proposing, informing decisions, sometimes executing — questions arise that many leadership teams haven't yet had time to formulate. Who owns the decision? What do we delegate and what do we not? When is an AI's recommendation an answer, and when is it a mirror?

This service is built for those working in HR, L&D, or sitting in a leadership team and wanting to give your leadership the chance to practice before the situation lands on the table. The scenarios are sharp, the frameworks are proven, and the format is designed so you leave with a shared language — not just a shared protocol.

Why scenarios?

Research on decision-making shows we rarely change behaviour by reading principles. We change behaviour by seeing ourselves in a situation where the principles are tested. Scenarios give a leadership team a low-risk environment to discover where you agree — and where you actually don't.

How do I get started?

Block 90 minutes at the next leadership team meeting. Pick a scenario. Read the method. The exercise is designed to run with nothing more than a facilitator and an honest disposition.

About the author

This site is built by My Börjeson — a curious independent who believes the hardest leadership questions rarely get enough time on the calendar. The tool draws on experience from leadership and organisational development in other domains — but not specifically from these scenarios. AI as a colleague is new for everyone, which is precisely why this site exists. The intent is to make it easier to start talking about the questions before they become urgent.
